That speech was written by the same person who writes the Presidents speech otherwise, the writer mimicked the style and wrote better than what is usually served the President. Although the speech made a few factual errors such as her claims that her direct intervention necessarily leading to 60% of scholarship recipient being girls and the building of 200 community day secondary schools, she will be forgiven for the simple fact that she belongs to a government that at least plans to undertake the interventions. As for her voice, what else can we mortal beings do about it. We are own own unique voices, but then if not asking for too much, perhaps a little voice training could do. Her handlers could start with watching Colin Firths The Kings Speech otherwise let her wear her own voice. Afterall it is unique, which is what caught our attention. Good morning from a cloudy Accra.
