In June I participated in a 21 day fitness program. It motivated me to re-commit and invest in myself via a private group setting. My coach helped me find a balance in my mind and body through superfoods, portion control and 30 minute workouts at home. I havent always been physically active or viewed myself as athletic, but I was doing LOTS of vigorous yoga, but I last winter I just felt like a strong marshmallow yogini. HA! I just couldnt shake off the extra weight Ive always seemed to carry. And sometimes life gets in the way, right?! Poor meal planning, eating on the run, for me emotional eating and before I knew it I put on a few extra pounds, my energy was low and I was tired. My results from my first 21-day lifestyle reset program was a 10 pound weight loss and 8 inches! My energy has spiked and endured, and food cravings are under control. I want to share this with you in a private Facebook setting so we can journey together, feel safe to share your vulnerability and be held accountable. Learn about portioning, commit to 30 minute workouts, build community support, be part of a team, change your mind, body, and habits and create a long-term sustainable lifestyle, not a temporary diet.
