In May, 32 prominent thinkers and writers including Claire Tomalin, Dan Cruickshank, Kate Williams and Robert Elms took to the capsules of London Eye and, whilst gently circulating over the capital, recorded a series of literary talks on people who had made a contribution to the history, culture or image of London over the centuries. Podcasts are now available from these aerial talks on a wide range of Londoners - from Thomas Becket and Samuel Pepys, to Queen Victoria and Zadie Smith. ow.ly/A3CXE
