In Memory of the Late Mr. Eng Juay Seng, Born in Singapore on 28 November 1951 Passed away in Singapore on 4 September 2013 Aged 61 years. R.I.P Mr. Eng. Mr. Eng Juay Seng of Pie Connection Curry Puff at Shunfu Mart has passed away at home suddenly 1 year ago. Today 05 Sep 2014 is the 1st Anniversary of his passing. Heres a memory rememberence I did today for this very kind and humble person that I knew in Oct 2010. Mr Eng was in this curry puff business since 2003 when they did curry puff wholesale in Geylang. Later, they sold off their Ace Food name to another and they left it in late 2005 to have a curry puff shop in the food court of Shaw Tower in Beach Road (now renovated to be a Restaurant). They were there in Shaw Tower for 2 years after which they came over to Shunfu Mart to buy over the stall #02-06 for a takeover fee of SGD15,000 in 2007. One month later in Nov 2013 his stall #02-06 Shunfu Mart was taken over by Sin Kee Chicken Rice, then changed to Original Pure Handmade Yellow Tail Fishball Noodle stall.
