In-N-Out Burger ~ Now Hiring a Sanitation Technician (Lathrop) compensation: competitive In-N-Out Burger, a successful family-owned and growth-oriented restaurant company, has an excellent opportunity with the Meat/Commissary Department for a full-time Sanitation Technician in our Lathrop, CA Warehouse. This position is directly responsible for maintaining the sanitation of the commissary plant equipment using all proper cleaning procedures so that it meets with both In-N-Out Burger and U.S.D.A standards. The Sanitation Technician will also assist in reassembling equipment when necessary. This position is scheduled to work five 8-hour days 4 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. with a rotating schedule and alternating days off. Weekend and holiday availability is required. Minimum Requirements One (1) year experience working in a meat facility or similar responsibilities; sanitation preferred Ability to lift a minimum of 70 lbs.
