In Niegria the constitution demans that a member of the house reps or senate shall vacate his seat as member if: He becomes a member of another political party whose election to the house was sponsord by the party except if there is a division in the party.with reference to chapter IV section 68 (1)(g) 1999 constitution of the federal Nigeria as amended . Presently the speaker house of reps has taken a short daive to APC without any division in PDP his initial party and still occupying his seat as Hon speaker meanwhile the contitution is strictly againts that which shows that there is institutional weakness, because the judicial arm which is mainly to interpret the laws to those who claim ignorant of it, of which there r overlaping there by causing constitutional rascality in the country. I therefore recommend that the NBA should do something concerning that. It is generally believe the Nigeria politicians are nomad as such leading to political dicotomy which will at last result to crisis. Rt Hon Tambuwal must resign as speaker and as a member of reps.
