In Pakistan, the Army Generals (whether serving or retired) are above the Law! Why em saying this?? In NLC Scandal 4 serving Generals were found guilty of curruption of millions, did the face Court Marshal?? No! In Asghar Khan case former army chief Gen Aslam Baig were found giving millions of rupees to different politicians to vote for PML-N. Suprem Court ordered to court marshal Aslam Baig and other Genrals involved in it. One year passed ISPR didnt even bother to talk about it. Now Article 6 been applied on Genral Musharraf, i can challeng nothing is gona happen this time as well. So Army Genrals are above the law in Pakistan. Law is only for civilians.
