You will be representing one of the leading coffee brands. A fantastic and competent in-store demonstrator will thrive on interacting with the general public whilst pro-actively encouraging them to view a product demonstration. They have the inherent ability to build strong rapport quickly and truly enjoy learning about a new product and sharing the information in a unique yet professional style. Their aim is to provide the perfect demonstration and close as many sales as possible. Skills Requirements Your key roles and responsibilities: Become fully immersed in the product and its benefits. Negotiate the best location in store and creating eye catching displays to ensure your product stands out within a competitive environment. Strive to attract consumers with a winning smile and pitch and quickly understand their individual needs and personality. Having the desire to convert the demonstration into a sale should always be maintained as it will be a target-driven activity.
