In a brighter world where the growing trend of shifting powers and a type of spring that has not yet come to harvest, there are worries that ensue. These are the beginging stages of a global shifts, and to question and or observe the negative aspects and the costs of such a shifts is indeed the hallmarks of a thoughtful society. There has been the repositioning of leardership in many countries and an economic collapse and has since stabalised do to the actions of many. I can envision a world where the highlighting factor of upward mobility is not only the access to education, yet access to finaces that allow for a more balanced and fervent ground and a more even field of a life with equlibrium in mind. Democracy is in the begining stages in many countries and in some countries it is not democracy at all, it is their own system based on their own traditions that is propelling their system to new horizons.
