In a new dept., & running into the SAME drama as when I first - TopicsExpress

In a new dept., & running into the SAME drama as when I first started. People making nonsense complaints, probably bc I dont get buddy buddy with them. Be careful dudes bc as the most often seen female on the floor in this area, I find your BS incredibly harassing. CLL SB292 is my friend. Yes Im different in mind and therefore hard to understand, but youll never hear me talk about someone I dont know. Why? Because I havent made them important enough to me to exert that much effort thinking about them when I have better things to do with my time. I never wish Ill will or try to stir the pot with people I do not know. Everyone is just a business deal until importance has been established. At that point I will fight for you and defend you thru and thru. For those who dont know me that want to start shooting stories upstairs - everyone of which I have had a good explanation thus far as to why its childish, harassing and a waste of company time (if you sit there watch me do my job when you are supposed to be doing other things!) Know that when you try to interfere with my job at which I give 100% to, youve made it very personal. Its personal bc my son needs my job more than I do. Do NOT try to hurt my son. Thats how I see it. I have a very good idea of who has been saying things due to personality shifts around the times of complaints. You are terrible at hiding it. I have my running word document and other resources waiting in regards to your harassment. Because I dont go looking for a war, Ill sit patiently until Ive decided its the final straw from you, then CLL SB292 will be right in front of you. Dont try to apologize bc you attacked me without knowing me, therefore I didnt consider you important enough to care about your apology. Just stay away from me. Its simple. Im doing my job. Im producing as I should and making the grades so go away. The complaints are ---1.) I took too long looking at a base joint ... well if YOU want to be the inspector & put your name on parts, pass the test! Also, do YOUR job. 2.) Im apparently a loud voice ... Every man has spoke louder than I can & the hammering of parts is FAR louder than I could ever vocalize anything and 3.) I went thru a second battery for the scope in one night ... i say too bad. If the only parts I have during shift require me to continuously use the scope. So be it. I wont STOP working bc an easily replaceable battery may be going out. Such silliness.
