In a rare sincere/reflective moment I thought Id share my year in review. So heres a brief confessional: Some of you may or may not know, at the start of 2013 I hit a small bout of depression and was a bit hard to deal with for a couple of months. Of course I handled this wisely with a mixture of medication, counselling, and partying (because thats the smart thing to do). So to be fair 2013, although there was a heap of fun in there too, was pretty blurry as I dont remember a stack of it. However, dont cue the violins just yet because if 2013 was low, this status isnt to bring down the tone, but to celebrate 2014. I have been off medication for a year now and have enjoyed every minute of this year with a much more clear and focused mind with prospects/goals for 2015 to keep me busy. Ive met incredible people and had an amazing time surrounded by a supportive family and the best set of friends I could ask for. Im very lucky and grateful as nothing bad has happened, no ones died and everyone I care for seem happy and content so theres no need to be sad. So to wrap up this big gushing status I just want to thank everyone who has impacted my life big, small, positive, and negative as all these things have helped get me to where I am now. Hope you all have a Happy New Year and thanks for coming along for the ride.
