In a way, all the snafus and fiascos that are happening under this liberal democracy contribute to the growing credibility of a new movement. We are seeing signs that people are growing sick and tired of everything -- metro manila traffic, lopsided distribution of wealth, permissiveness, the degeneration of our culture and heritage, and the cheap commercialization of our national self-identity. More and more people are growing sick and tired. This is bad of course, but it is also good in the sense that more people are being forced to realize there is a better way forward.
