In a world where women will starve themselves to fit the idea of what is loveable and beautiful, where men are measured by how much income they produce, where people will abandon the needs of their bodies and well being just to get a few more things done on the computer, even when its well past midnight and their bones are achingly tired -- Loving ourselves- truly, deeply loving our bodies, and seeing & honoring ourselves for who we really are- is the most revolutionary act there is.
