In all of physical existence there is found no spiritual reason; not even in the physical composition of man. We find in the animal kingdom, which includes the physical body of man, that which we call intellect, which is the ability to learn by experience and to act through an instinctive process. We search the globe, the particles and atoms, and nowhere is found the capacity of originating thought and reasoning within the physical existence; except within man. This capacity is only harnessed by the condition of the physical body to manifest its qualities, such as in the case of injuries, sickness, or birth defects. As a shade may hide the light of a lamp, so these various physical conditions, to their degree, can hide the light of human spirituality and understanding; but such qualities as this continue to exist like the light of the lamp, though they are hidden from manifestation completely. Such spiritual qualities, like the light of the lamp, since they are not subject to or dependent upon any physical conduct, in order to manifest in the physical world, such qualities require a mechanism of conduct, such as the physical body which relates this conduct to the senses. So it is said, that the soul is not bounded by time, by space, or by physical properties and is independent thereof. Thus it is of another world and only individually manifested within this world through the body of man. If the body becomes incapacitated, or dies, then this condition only effects that with which it is concerned, and not the soul, which is not subject to such ailments or death; for it is separated from and independent of the physical condition of man, save that it manifests its identity through the human body and is independent in its own world; otherwise, souls could not individually be known and would be subject to the conditions of the physical body such as the loss of a limb, or blindness, etc.. It becomes apparent then, that the soul is the reality of man, and that its manifestation in this world is caused by both physical and spiritual purposes. Since it is incapable of creating itself, it is said to be created. And since creation demands the existence of a Creator, we say that God exists. As we study this fact, it becomes also undeniable that a creation cannot understand or have any equality with its Creator; other than by the accumulation of knowledge of the Creation itself, in its entirety; for the Creation manifests the qualities of God, qualities which are infinite and discoverable without end; in a time and capacity relative to the progress of the human race. It is thereby derived that God is the Unknowable Essence, the Most-Powerful, the All-Compassionate, the Lord of all creation, since His qualities are infinite in number, in time, in capacity, in distance, in creation. He Who is the Creator is not limited in any degree of limitation which is a human concept harnessed by time and space. That which He creates, can never rise to equality with Him or fully understand the qualities He possesses. Praise to God, Lord of all the worlds.
