Parker, 1858 Oh, that our heart would crave to be that “one good man” or that “one good woman” who exemplifies Christ in their everyday. May the words of the old hymn by Thomas Chisholm burn into our heart and become our prayer: “O to be like Thee! blessed Redeemer, This is my constant longing and prayer; Gladly I’ll forfeit all of earth’s treasures, Jesus, Thy perfect likeness to wear.”
