In an exchange of text messages, Wayward Bill said, he was going to be apologizing for the Vietnam Veteran lie. Last November I exposed a fake veteran named Wayward Bill a/k/a Bill Chengelis, chairman of US Marijuana Party. He lied about his military career and service in Vietnam, saying, as a Vietnam Veteran I have 77 and cut off the ears of dead Vietcong.
