In case anyone else wants to go through the FAA exemption process (like I plan to) you need to submit plan that includes your safety guidelines and operating procedures. However for the small, one man operation like me, the task seems overwhelming. So I hoped that leaders in the industry would be open to helping others - No such luck! I totally understand why, but all I was hoping for was what key points the FAA wanted to be covered in the application.
