In honor of the release and of the new P90 workout, I wanted you all to see exactly how intense P90X3 is so heres Harbor and I crushing Agility X. Notice how out of breath I get between sets lol (miss runner) Its more like sprints than distance though and an absolute blast. This by far is one of my favorite workouts! Using blue tape measured in 4X4 area, Tony Horton uses precision training to get you ready for a great athletic performance. This is the program that I used to train for my marathon. I started it January 2nd of this year and kept through til the marathon in May. The first time I truly noticed how awesome it was is when I did my first 20 mile distance run on Feb 22nd and I could actually feel my core pulling me through around mile 12. P90 on the other hand, was created to simplify and get results without all of this crazy high intensity. Tony Horton is definitely famous for his P90X however not everyone can do that. After starting Day 1 of P90 today, I have to say Im very excited about this new program! Definitely great for ANYONE! On another awesome note, they are donating to the wounded warriors for every P90 challenge pack sold. Did you see those crazy Plyometric Plank Walks at the end....... Haha just sayin!
