In many places around the world its national dog day~ Today is simply a reminder that so many creatures deserve love~ so many animals, horses, cats, ferrets, rabbits, gerbils, hamsters, lizards, guinea pigs, etc~ and dogs (!!!) want a new home, a fresh start, they are seeking love~ Four years ago (!!!) I rescued my baby Hamlet~ three years ago, I adopted my ponies~ Gamja and Mandu~ they have saved me much more than I have ever saved them. A month ago, my parents fell in love with Coconut~ and they have adopted her. She was abandoned and would easily have become a piece of flesh to consume. She is still in Korea, looking for a way to get home! Last week~ Scott and I welcomed our darling Kuma~ He was born in a shelter to abandoned parents...his three other siblings died. Another has found a mama (Sokhona ) in the states, and his other brother, William is still at the shelter looking for a loving home~ through this adventure, I have made some amazing connections with people (Jennifer and Finding Paradise) On a day where we celebrate the unconditional love provided by all animals~ and particularly dogs, consider opening your home to helping that love grow~ and in so, adding more love into this universe.
