In ministry, there must be balance between how we preach, teach, and spread hope & Gods love but also sin and its consequences. I see so many who like to tickle peoples ears by painting rainbows and spreading glitter to eager people who receive it but they are afraid to speak words that CONVICT peoples hearts. There must be BOTH. We cannot be 1-sided while spreading the Word of God! Also, when teaching the Word, DELIVERY is everything...if we are coming at people in an attacking way insinuating that they are stupid, we will not be effective. Many mega pastors have reached the heights and popularity they have because they tell people what they want to hear, not what they NEED to hear. Be careful who you follow.
