In most circles it is popular to claim that you are a Christian… but it is NOT POPULAR to LIVE LIKE ONE. Many who claim to be Christ-followers pray for a ‘word-from-God’… but stop short in desiring the ‘Word-of-God’. Most everyone possesses a Bible… but very few of us allow the Bible (God’s Holy Word) to possess us. Although we give our Christian life ‘Lip-Service’… we fall short in giving it “Life-Service”. Too often… we try to “Fit-In”… and often camouflage our commitment to God so we don’t stand-out. But God calls us to Stand-Out… to “Live-Out” your commitment… to allow His light to shine through you into the darkest corners of our world. You may think you have blown it… But God is the God of second-chances. You can Start-Again… NOW!!! Commit to be faithful in the small things... because the small things become the major things when God multiplies them. We need Christ-followers to take the lead… and be the example for others to follow. Everyday is a new beginning… new adventure… and renewed hope. Forget about yesterday… make today count! Remember… the Christ-follower who humbly kneels before God… can stand before anyone. -- David Guinn
