In my opinion, an inner conflict arises when we do the choices in life that resonate with our soul, or if someone prefers, with our inner self. These conflicts exist below the level of perception of our rational mind, are the cause of many diseases and also also determine most of our choices in life wrong .. Lets be simple: During the life we construct beliefs that are the set of personal experiences with related considerations and final conclusions .. These conclusions are drawn from our minds based on the data that we are given in our lifetime by parents, friends, society, media and education. At this point you wonder if you have ever questioned these data, meaning if youve ever wondered if it is stable, real, useful .. How can we verify the validity alone? According to my point of view as a stable, useful and real, must be FUNCTIONAL, that is when we apply it in our lives we must bring obvious benefits, concrete, immaginari..deve not make us feel good, happy, satisfied, satisfied, convinced I made the right choice. One thing is really useful for us, always in my opinion, when we decide !! and often a given functional comes to us from our mind and no other authoritative sources or not, ultimately we create it!
