In my paper today.. just a small article.. but very big news. FOREIGN BANKS, OTHERS TO SHARE INFO WITH IRS. It will soon get a lot harder to use overseas accounts to hide income and assets from the Internal Revenue Service. More than 77,000 foreign banks, investment funds and other financial institutions have agreed to share information about U.S. Account holders with the IRS as part of a crackdown on offshore tax evasion. The Treasury Dept. announced Monday. Nearly 70 countries have agreed to share information from their banks as part of a U..S. law that targets Americans hiding assets overseas,. Participating countries include the worlds FINANCIAL GIANTS, as well as many places where Americans have traditionally hid assets, including SWITZERLAND, THE CAYMAN ISLANDS AND THE BAHAMAS. This should be screaming headlines..... and breaking news... on Media... .but only a little blip.. in my morning paper. So..all of you who pay taxes? and are not wealthy?.. now we all need to pay attention to the re-do of our USA Tax code this year,. Believe me.... they will pay big time.. to stick it to you... and leave the Giants alone. Watch and pay attention.. because only by paying NO TAXES?.. due to deductions.. and special laws and loopholes?... the top 10 corporations in our nation?.. pay nothing ..plus get millions and millions and millions back.
