In my writing class we are paying attention to Lexicon. In my morning writing I find myself creating my own lexicon and reviving old jargon. It is like improvisational word jazz... example: Flim flam sham... (a phrase that is both noun and adjective all at the same time) .... As in that rainbows and unicorn marketing course I took was nothing but a flim flam sham. For added emphasis you could add in alicazam - adding in alicazam is the equivalent of adding ly to the end of a word. Flim flam alicazam sham.... As in when that man at the party told me he was really from the Planet of Sirius in an attempt to get me to go home with him, it was nothing but a flim flam alicazam sham. Notes: You may substitute the word sham with scam, although you will lose some of the playfulness of the original phrase.
