In order to recreate the self, the past self must be destroyed. Mind and body. The first steps in the alchemical process are most grueling. The physical distillation requires the individual to refrain from eating any solid foods until everything besides skin, bones, and muscles are apparent. All excess must be shed. The mental distillation includes complete seclusion with absolutely no artificial stimulation . The individual must distill the mind of all previous knowledge, beliefs, understandings and social modifications by actively deleting all that is in the mind, until reaching a point of thoughtlessness. This is step 1. It can be completed in a minimum of 7 days, with no maximum. I say seven days for in order to burn off ever bit of excess, any less time may be too extreming, leaving the body with irreparable damage. To Speed up the process, I suggest full body workouts and stretches while obstainibg from food. I do not recommend running for it increases the heart rate far too much , allowing for rabid dehydration. Enjoy.
