In our Parliament , 15 ministers and 163 MPs are tainted .They are facing criminal charges including some heinous ones like corruption, embezzlement , murder, rape, kidnapping , dacoity and so on . Friends , these are our law makers ! Should there not be a perfect mechanism in place which may prevent such tainted Netas from entering in to the Parliament or assemblies ?
