In response to our current drought crisis, A $500 fine will be imposed upon individuals wasting water, meanwhile In our cul de sac, Cal Waters has had water pouring out through holes in our street and sidewalk going on 2 weeks now!! Lots of water in our gutters, all day long, causing our gutters to be choked with the eroded soil/sand. Makes me wonder 2 things, q- will Cal water be financially responsible for their waste, and 2- is this a sink hole risk?
