In response to the encouraging number of private messages Ive received this evening related to getting involved with foster care, Rebecca Pack and I are going to come up with some job descriptions that folks can interact with and sign up for if they feel so inclined. Having been foster parents for nearly 3 years now, weve got several positions in mind:) Once weve gotten them on paper, Ill post the opportunities to serve here on my wall so people can sign up and also share the post with their fb friends. I believe with all my heart thats its high time that we as a community rise to the occasion and begin the process of caring for the orphans around us in a real way. I have all the faith in the world that this post and others like it will compel people to at least inquire and learn more. Please share on your wall if you think there may be even one person in youre world that may interested in getting involved.
