In the 1940s Arogbo-ijaw kingdom, there was this belief that when a child comes with the legs during delivery; it is considered an evil child that came to kill the mother, and as such were taken to far places and to be submerged in the river on till the baby dies. However, in the mid 1940s, specifically at a town called Ajapa near the atlantic ocean; "a child was born, who happen to fall into the above category and the mid-wives had concluded arrangements for it execution, suddenly the father of the child (Pa. Simeon Fiyeweipughikumo) appeared with a double barrel gun and threathened to shoot anybody trying to do away with his baby, and everybody fled the scene. That child was name PERELAH PUGHIKUMO, and he lived thereafter and died naturally in the year 2006. What a culture it was then! "a single gun shot seem to be better and more effective than a thousand years of sermonization---Alhj. M. Dokubor-Asari."
