In the book of Daniel we have recorded the longest time prophecy in the Bible. The first angels message Fear God and give glory to Him, for the hour of His judgment has come is a call to the fact that this time prophecy has come to an end. At the end of this time prophecy something very important were to take place. According to Daniel 8:14, And he said unto me, for two thousand three hundred days; then the sanctuary shall be cleansed. This means at the end of 2300 prophetic evenings and mornings the sanctuary would be cleansed. The question is which sanctuary that needed to be cleansed at the end of the prophecy? To help you appreciate this I need to give some historical background here.
