this song was a tribute to Nelson Mandela and his struggle for racial equality in South Africa. while it was written many years ago, its message is still as relevant. perhaps even more so given what has happened in Sydney, US and is still happening all around the world. 愿这土地里，部分你我高低 (hoping that on this land, we can all be equals) 缤纷色彩闪出的美丽 (a colourful tapestry is beautiful) 是因为它没有分开每种色彩 (because it does not segregate each and every colour)
