The purpose of a Diabetes UK voluntary group committee is to.... *Administer the voluntary group ensuring accounts are in order, organise regular meetings and promote the group to members of the public. *Ensure the group is working within Diabetes UK objectives and is complying with the Charter for Voluntary Groups. AND *Take collective decisions on matters relating to the voluntary group in particular the expenditure of funds.
