In the last few years, I have become an advocate of pain relief through exercise. Top to bottom - neck, shoulders, upper back, lower back, hips, knees, lower legs and left foot - all pain nearly gone or completely gone. All through exercise. In addition, my posture and balance are better and I can get up off the couch without rocking and heaving. Well, now you dont have to take my word for the pain-relieving effects of exercise. I suppose thats because the video is produced by DDPYoga who wants to sell its exercise program. If any of you are having joint pain, the DDPYoga program is supposed to be a low-impact yoga program that is challenging enough to get your heart rate up to aerobic levels without pounding your joints to death. I have not tried it so this is not a recommendation. I offer this for information only.
