In the midst of the underway Zimbabwe political rapture, this coming last week of June 2013 is going to be a very hectic(eventful and busy) and in many ways a very defining week in contemporary Zimbabwean history... In the political sector the sovereign and supreme Zimbabwe Constitutional Court is going to be conducting continuous Zimbabwe Constitutional Court sessions with effect from Wednesday 26 June 2013 where the Zimbabwe Constitutional Court is going to make ruling on about 6 cases that have been brought before it in particular the Election Postponement coalition Government application. This is also going to be the week when the Zimbabwe Nominations Court will sit on 28 June 2013 to legalize all National Council, Parliamentary and Presidential candidates. This is also going to be the week when the current 7th Parliament of Zimbabwe will automatically expire at midnight June 29 2013 and President Mugabe will be forced to automatically start ruling by decree by default and that will means President Mugabe will become the sole Executive and Legislative authority in Zimbabwe who can solely make new national laws and amend the Zimbabwe National Constitution until further notice. chakachaya heavy this last week of June 2013.
