In this ad: I am offering a job Opportunity Position Type: Full-time or part time Company Name: HOUR Department SWRC Description An Advertising agency requires the services of a qualified person to fill this position: Responsibilities: • Communicating with target audiences and managing client relationships. • Contributing to and developing marketing plans and strategies for effective sales initiatives. • Marketing and sales of products • Performing other duties as required. • Sales/Marketing Executives will be responsible for prospecting new clients and managing existing ones in the various sectors. • They will also be responsible for improving the sales volume of the company products by creating good marketing models that are workable and highly effective • Will render worthwhile services to our present and prospective client and also to network with insurance businesses. • Promote whatever products or services are on offer. • Developing new marketing strategies is an important part of the role. • As a Marketing Executive you will report to the Head of Marketing and cover various day to day activities but you only work once in a week. • Generate and follow up on leads and prospect. • Manage customer relationship. • Plan, develop and implement strategy for the Customer Relationship. • Management Function. • Play a leadership role in the development of proficient Customer. • Relationship Management processes and applications. • Develop, optimise and implement business models for retention of companys customer base. • Provide directions and advice on Customer Relationship Management activities and ensure monthly reporting. • Identify and implement processes to improve and ensure accuracy of customer data. • Managing the Customer Care telephone lines. • Ensure key customer memorable events are promptly acknowledged. • Plan all special projects with an action plan to assure there is a record of time and cost for all projects to be evaluated at the end of each year for the following year. • Enter new contact names, address, and emails from information request, open house guest books and other sources into the database. Qualifications and Requirements: • Minimum of OND in any discipline. • Must have between 1-3 years experience. • Must have a good command of english language. • Ability to interact with clients. • Must also be very good looking. • The candidate must be ready to work in a dynamic and challenging environment. • Ability to work with very little or no supervision. • Must have Vision, Communications Strategy and Leadership. • Strong understanding of customer, market dynamics and requirements. • Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organisational objectives. • Applicant who can also speak Yoruba, Hausa and Pidgin English are preferred but not essential to recruitment process.
