In this digital age we are running as fast as we can, trying hard to keep up with the race we have made for ourselves, wanting instant answers to timeless questions, needing ever quicker solutions to ever bigger problems, pushing buttons to type out meaning, upgrading our reality, downloading our understanding, networking with nameless people on distant screens, hurrying to hear the next sound byte, becoming our own software, life as an app, looking into phones to see the other side of the universe. When you get tired, God tells us, Put it down, come over here, sit beside me, the one who has provided all you truly need and watch the clouds.
