In todays Daily News, three of J. D. Salingers earliest stories—which were originally published in literary magazines in the 1940s and have since been out of print—have been re-released in a new collection, J. D. Salinger: Three Early Stories, published by Memphis–based independent press the Devault-Graves Agency. The J. D. Salinger Literary Trust is expected to publish several new works by the author, who died in 2010, over the next six years.
