In two weeks, with political will, the Legislative Branch can complete the requirements for the FOI and Anti political dynasty to be submitted for the signature of the President. So why delay it up before the May 2016 Election? Whats happening to our Legislative and Executive Branch. They are becoming disfunctional. Out of tune to their duties. Supplementary budget ang inaatupag nila para malusutan ang DAP and PDAF. Mga gago, they are so hungry and salivating in their quest for money.
