In yesterdays sermon, I mentioned if youre going to believe Gods vision - especially in challenging times, you must stay optimistic. And here are 6 Steps to Staying Optimistic: 1) Start your Day with Faith Psalm 5:3 says, In the morning, O Lord, You hear my voice. In the morning, I lay my request before You, and I wait in expectation. 2) Look for Good in your Situation Romans 8:28 says, We know that all things work together for the good of those who love God…Those who are called according to His purpose. 3) Give your Problems to God Paul says in 2 Corinthians 1:8-11, We were crushed and overwhelmed, and saw how powerless we were to help ourselves…But that was good… For then, we put everything into the hands of God; for He can even raise the dead...And, He did help us…And we expect Him to do it again. 4) Eliminate Negative Words Ephesians 4:29 says, Let no evil talk come out of your mouths, but only what is useful for building up, as there is need, so that your words may give grace to those who hear. 5) Associate with Positive People The Apostle Paul says, Bad companions ruin good character. 6) Remember your Future If you’re a Believer and you put your faith in Jesus, the Final Chapter of your life is not yet written. Gods doing a new thing in 2015!
