Included in his notice of resignation from the Senate of Canada, Romeo Dallaire points to his dedication to numerous appointments/responsibilities, but in particular his full support of Veterans needs, including PTSD assistance dogs and anything else that the Veterans require in order to be able to deal with their own specific situations. Julian Fantino has failed to perform to the Canadian Veterans satisfaction.........and after reading this full and detailed disclosure, from the man who more than anyone else fully appreciates Veterans requirements, I feel myself fully justified in seriously having him considered to replace Fantino, solely for the overall benefit of ALL of our Veterans.
