Incognito is an asshole, and was totally wrong here, but Jonathan Martin is to blame, in my opinion. How can a 65 350 lb Offensive Lineman get bullied ? Why snitch and make it such a hoopla? Why give up on your career and lose the money and respect of the NFL and your team? Embarrassing. No one wants a player like that on their team. He is soft. Its not only M. Wallace and Cam Wake, its the entire locker room. If you have a problem with someone, confront that person head on. If that doesnt work, reach out to Coaches, Owner, GM, do basically anything but run to Cali, give up on your dreams, and cry about being bullied. His teammates felt he was soft. This is high school shit. Picking on him was their way of toughening him up, and they went too far. Incognito ran the brigade, and went overboard with his half ass... comment, I agree, but they, like every other professional sports team, have seniority rules, and initiation type hazing for rookies, like footing the bill, etc. He didnt like it much, and the team knew that. He separated himself from the group in many ways. My issue is be a Man, talk, let people know where the line is, and step up for yourself. Dont cry to the media, act like a child, and do the opposite. People need to understand something here, teammates, especially Professional Athletes, Military, who need each other to win or survive, will always take the mentally strong, over the mentally weak. Thats all it comes down to. Incognito obviously didnt do something so terrible for everyone to defend him over J. Martin. He is basically the kid in class that no one likes because he runs to the teacher over anything that makes him upset. Incognito > Martin.
