Incompetent Cervix Awareness I challenge my fellow Facebook ladies to make yourself aware of what an Incompetent Cervix is. Many do not know, until it is too late, like in my situation. There is very little awareness about it, and I want to make it known to everyone. There are solutions to help this, but most dont know about it until theyve experienced a loss. You can have successful pregnancies, and still suffer from this. This does not have to happen with a firstborn, or many losses, before its discovered.There are women who have had living children, and still have this happen to them afterwards. Research it. Make yourself aware of the signs, if you have any. Be in tune with your body,and dont ignore anything. If you have any hesitations, call your doctor. Better safe than sorry. This may sound like a broken record, or an over reaction. But if I can help one person be aware, and help them be saved of the heartache that may come, then it is worth it to me.
