Indeed, today was a beautiful day. Started my day with a fresh cup of Vietnamese coffee, goes to work, and work was good. Everyone was in a good mood today. I was all relax and calm today, until received a call from the ward that a newly admitted patients blood pressure crashed. Since no one was available today(Since its a Sunday) I immediately ran upstairs, Saw the man, he was cold and clammy, pulse not palpable, I set up two lines into him, and started the IV fluids FAST! Luckily that gentleman survived
