India should have good relations with all neighbouring countries. But, peace talks with Pakistan will make sense only when Pakistan shows commitment towards stopping terrorist activities in their country, which are targeted against India. Peace talks with Pakistan will be of no value to us as long as Hafeez Saeed, Dawood Ibrahim, and other dangerous terrorists are safely hiding in Pakistan. The kind of remarks Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif is making against Indian PM are highly objectionable and every Indian citizen should condemn these kind of provocative remarks. It is due to the inefficiency of our government that even small countries around us are not taking India seriously. India, as a 125 Crore people democracy should be assertive in stating our policies and cannot afford to project a soft image.
