Had a personal telephonic conversation with Honourable Speaker of Lok Sabha Smt.Sumitra Mahajan ji and she assured us that our matter will be presented to Modi ji and concerned Ministries. 1.Memorandum to Honorable prime Minister of India Sh.Narendra Modi ji (fax, personal letter, email and forwarded letter from Indian Embassy,Kathmandu- Our application is acknowledged by the Director PMO,New Delhi )accept all Medical degrees both Undergraduate and Post Graduate and give direct reciprocal recognition to the Indians as well as nepali Nationals holding Medical degrees MBBS,MD/MS,BDS,MDS and even super specialization and Teaching Experience 2. Permission for appointment to Deputy Chief of Mission, Indian Embassy,Kathmandu,Nepal and telephonic confirmation of our request which is forwarded by the Embassy to PMO, New Delhi, India for the kind consideration of Honorable Prime Minister. 3. Letter to Sh. J.P.Nadda ji, Honorable Minister of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India,personally and via fax, email. 4. Letter to Honourable President of Nepal His Excellency Dr.Ram Baran Yadav ji to kindly look into this matter 5.Letter to Honourable Prime Minister of Nepal 6. Personal letter submitted to Indian Embassy representative for its forwarding to Ambassador of India to PMO,New Delhi 7. HRD Minister of India and Telephonic conversation with HRD Minister of state Sh.Katheria ji who is supporting our move so far. 8.Support from National Academy of Medical Sciences NAMS and BIR Hospital, Kathmandu, Nepal, Institute of Medicine and Tribhuvan University, Janaki Medical College and other Academic institutions of Nepal. 9. Letter for support to Sh Rajnath Singh ji Honorable Home Minister of India ,all BJP Members of Parliament(Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha) and Council of Ministers via Email, fax, watsapp, telephone and by other means of communication. 10.Registration of our association under the banner of ANURADHA SEVA SANSTHAN, REGN - G-53877. file no- 1389/2013-2014 with the Government of Uttar Pradesh,India and in Bhairahawa with Elite Club, Ucms Bhairahawawa, Rupandehi, Nepal (District Administration office Reg.No. 058 Rupandehi Social Welfare Council Reg.No. 1379, Kathmandu) 11.We are getting political as well as social support also from different corners of India as well as Nepal 12. Public Interest Litigation in Honourable Supreme Court of India regarding recognition of all medical degrees of Nepal as per MEDICAL COUNCIL OF INDIA AMENDMENT NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 20th December, 2011 “(4) Provided further that a person seeking provisional or permanent registration shall not have to qualify the Screening Test if he/she holds an Under Graduate medical qualification from Australia/Canada/New Zealand/United Kingdom/United States of America and the holder thereof also been awarded a Post Graduate medical qualification in Australia/Canada/New Zealand/United Kingdom/United States of America and has been recognized for enrolment as medical practitioner in that country”.
