Industrial Mechanic/Machinist required H.J. HEINZ CANADA Windsor, ON, CANADA The H. J. Heinz Company of Canada LP, a major food processor in Southwestern Ontario, is currently looking for a qualified Industrial Mechanic with Machinist background: This position will be required to support a three shift operation. SKILLED INDUSTRIAL MECHANIC/MACHINIST Candidates must hold a current Provincial Certificate as an Industrial Mechanic/ Millwright and have the background of a machinist. Candidates should have the knowledge to Fabricate or Repair Tools and Parts for various pieces of equipment; experience in repairing and maintaining fillers, packaging equipment and conveyors, as well as, have a thorough knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems and previous welding experience. The candidates must pass a written test to the satisfaction of the Company. Preference will be given to candidates who also hold a current Millwright Certification and have experience as a machinist. The incumbents of these positions must also be willing and able to learn and perform all tasks pertaining to the job and in compliance to quality standards.
