Info on Brenda Dodd’s Dad: CULLINGSWORTH, Irven M., 91, of Richmond, passed away on Thursday, September 11, 2014. Irven served our country in the US Army and retired from Henrico County as a chief plumbing and mechanical inspector. Irven was an avid fisherman and outdoorsman. He is preceded in death by his wife, Eileen R. Cullingsworth. Irven is survived by his son, Richard Irven Cullingsworth; daughter, Brenda J. Dodd (Joseph D.); grandchildren, Donald J. Shiftlett Jr. (Amy), Chat D. Dodd (Roxanne); great-grandchildren, Ethan Tyler Shiflett, Sage N. Dodd, Taylor Anders; and companion, Mildred Wright. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 16, 2014 from 1-8pm at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave. Richmond, VA 23231; where a chapel service will be held on Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at 11am. Interment will follow in Washington Memorial Park.
