Information Systems Help Desk Coordinator (88382) 1st Shift / Fulltime / Temp-Hire Sedona Staffing is recruiting for a qualified IS Help Desk Coordinator. The IS Help Desk Coordinator will oversee the daily performance of technologies (including end user computers, laptops, tablets, thin clients, cellular phones, and other audio/visual equipment for presentations; Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software; Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications; Read technical manuals, confer with users, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support; Refer major hardware or software problems or defective products to vendors or technicians for service; Confer with staff, users, and management to establish requirements for new systems or modifications. Qualified candidates will have the following technical competencies: MS Office Products: 2007/2010/2013, Autodesk CAD, Adobe Products: Acrobat, Photoshop, PageMaker, Malware and Virus Remediation, TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS, Exchange: 2010/2013, Active Directory. Position requires A Plus Certification or Associate’s Degree in related field, Five years of helpdesk support experience, Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
