Inna lillahi Wa Inna ilaihi Rajiun! In the meadow of Moulud Nabiyyi felicity we announce the passing on of our dear one, my lover, my moula, my grandfather, Sheikh Alhaji Ismail Aliyu (RTA). No doubt, a successful person is that person who is a dedicated Muslim, an erudite follower of Tijjaniyya fraternity, an ardent lover of Zikr, zealous lover of Shuyukhs who sits not except in the company of the learned scholars (Wonderfully efficacious for spiritual progress is to join the company of the pious), who would stand all night long in Allahs Worship, who never misses congregational prayer no matter his tight schedules, whose utterances is nothing but Allahs remembrance and salatu Nabiyyi, whose action is fully in conformity with Allahs Command, who spent his whole life in servitude to his Creator, Allah Subhanahu wa taala. To say the least, thats a perfect description of who Sheikh Alhaji Ismail Aliyu (RTA) is. A friend and in-law to two respected Sheikhs, he has indeed lived a successful life, Alhamdulillah! Wa ma khalaqtu jinna wal insa illa liyaabudun. I Created mankind and Jins except to worship Me. Hadrat Ismail has indeed lived his life as Allah Wish and has departed this world the moment recorded for him. His passing away in the meadow of Moulud of Sayyidi Shafaati (SAW) is another indication of Allahs acceptance of his soul in His Ultimate Garden of Paradise. On behalf of the entire family of Khalifa Sheikh Ahmad Rufai Shuaib (RTA) I commiserate with the family of Otohinoyi. May Allah bless his children and make them a true successor of their father in all ramification. May Allah purify his soul and grant him aljannatu Illiyyeen in the company of the Noblest Prophet (SAW), the saints, the martyrs and the righteous. Aameen
