Inquired today at Fitness First, SM North Edsa, The Block. I didnt know that they have a process in entertaining inquiries. It was okay at first. I and Iska were toured inside the gym to check out their different facilities and services offered. Then after the tour, they explained to us the expenses and the payment method. When I told that lady (who explained to us the monthly dues and other expenses) that I still need to discuss this with my Mother (since Im going to borrow her credit card if ever I decided to finally join their gym membership), she looked pissed and it seemed like shes forcing me to join at that very moment, telling that my situation is already alarming. Lady, I only went there to inquire about your membership so Ill know if its going to fit my budget or not. If thats the way that youre dealing with your clients, as a Psychology major, I think you have a very, very bad motivational skills. (Mabuti pang sa bahay ko na lang ipagpatuloy ang mag-workout.
